Children's Church Registration Info

How to Register your child

First Time Visitors:

Please complete our 1st Time Visitors Form and hand it to the appropriate Class or Classes (one per family) You will receive either a yellow, red or blue card, as shown above (Class Allocation); this is for you to keep on your person during the service as it will enable us to contact you at any time (on the overhead board) during the service if your child is unsettled for any reason. MOST importantly you will need to hand the card in to collect your child after the service. Our policy is NO CARD - NO CHILD! please do not misplace your card.

If you have been visiting for a while and feel you would like to make Rhema South your Home Church please feel free to ask for a NEW REGISTRATION FORM which you can complete and return - your child will then be entered on the database. They will be on a trail list until they have attended 4 sundays and thereafter move to the Regular Register List.

NO CARD - NO CHILD!

The purpose for registering your children:

Security & Peace of Mind. You know where your children are, and no-one can collect your child unless they have your child's registration card. Your child's well-being and where-abouts are our concern and as we register over 800 children on a Sunday, we require all children be collected by a responsible person.

If your child is in the 10 & older class, they are allowed to meet you after the service, and they can register and collect a younger sibling, with your permission.
